第１回

認知神経科学の分野では、日常場面におけるさまざまな人間の行動を、心理学的側面だけでなく、神経科学的側面を含めて説明する試みがなされており、これまでに非常に多くの成果が得られています。近年は、感情、記憶、意思決定、社会性などのメカニズムを考える際に、脳や心の働きに着目するだけでは不十分であり、身体の影響、すなわち自律神経を介したダイナミクスを考慮し、「脳・心・身体」という三者関係で捉えることが必要とされています。第1回目の講義では、認知神経科学研究のスコープおよび方法論について触れ、感情に関連する概念を整理した上で、これまでに提案された主要な理論について解説します。

第２回

第2回目の講義では、感情が生み出される神経メカニズム、および感情の諸側面を理解する上で欠かせない「社会性」という側面について解説します。本講義では、行動レベルでの研究、ファンクショナルMRIや脳波を用いた研究、脳損傷を対象とした研究など、複数のアプローチによって得られた研究成果について紹介します。そして、感情や社会性の個人差が生み出される背景、それがさまざまな精神疾患、神経疾患、発達障害にどのように関連するのかについて解説します。

第３回

第3回目の講義では、記憶や遂行機能の認知神経メカニズムについて解説します。はじめに、人の記憶を捉えるための理論的枠組みについて解説した上で、その背景にある神経メカニズムについて触れます。ヒトの記憶は、海馬を中心とする側頭葉が持つ機能に依存する部分が多いですが、それだけでなく、前頭前野が担う遂行機能と深い関連があるため、その基礎知識についても解説します。さらに記憶は、感情、注意、意識、未来方向への認知にも深く関わっているため、それらを統合的に捉える視点についても述べます。

研究概要

情動・記憶・社会性の認知神経メカニズムに興味を持っています。高次脳機能障害を対象とした神経心理学的方法、fMRIや脳波を用いた脳機能画像法、自律神経機能を調べる生理心理学的手法を用いて研究を行っています。
